Nemo.jl 0.18.0 released

We are pleased to announce the release of Nemo.jl 0.18.0, a major update to the Nemo.jl package.

Here is an overview of the changes in this release:

• Update the library to flint 2.6.2.
• Use the pretty printing functionality of AbstractAlgebra.jl.
• Rename set_prec! to set_precision!, set_val! to set_valuation! and prec to precision.
• Various small bugfixes.
